I took a boat cruise on Lake Superior in the upper peninsula of Michigan from the city of Munising. I took a picture of this cliff with a Nikon D7200 with a Nikkor 18-105mm f/3.5-f/5.6 zoom set at 24mm. The exposure was 1/200 sec at f/8 at ISO 1000. I used a polarizing filter.
Photography has been my life. I was always curious about what went on inside the camera and in the darkroom. Photography was something mysterious--a little bit of magic plus a little bit of science. From home darkrooms to industrial photo labs and in various studios and on-location as a commercial photographer. I have assisted many professional photographers, worked in various labs and studios.
